Request deletion of your Sahori account and data

Sahori is a smart diabetes care companion app. You can request deletion of your Sahori account and associated app data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@sahori.app with the subject line "Delete my Sahori account".
  2. Include the email address or phone number linked to your Sahori account so we can identify the correct account.
  3. We may contact you to confirm the request before deleting the account and associated data.

Data deleted

  • Your Sahori account profile information, such as name and contact details.
  • Diabetes care data entered in the app, including glucose readings, notes, meals, medications, reminders, and insights history.
  • Family sharing connections and caregiver access linked to your account.
  • App preferences and account settings associated with your Sahori account.

Data kept and retention period

  • We may keep limited records of your deletion request for up to 90 days for security, support, and audit purposes.
  • We may retain information that is required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or tax obligations for the period required by applicable law.
  • Backups may contain deleted data for a limited period and are removed through our normal backup rotation process.
  • Anonymous or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained to improve Sahori.

Processing time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required because of legal or security obligations, we will let you know when possible.
